 Telehealth refers to accessing health care remotely utilizing digital methods.  It is basically having a video phone call with your health care provider from you home, while they are in their office. TelePhysical Therapy, Online Physical Therapy and Virtual Physical Therapy all refer to accessing physical therapy via this method.  McKenzie trained therapists have been doing this for years, to reach patients who live a distance from a certified practitioner.  Since the McKenzie method focuses on patient education with simple exercise that you perform in your home, it is a natural fit!   Once your schedule a time, I will send you and email, all you need is a phone or a device with a camera and a microphone.  The technology I use is HIPPA compliant, which means your privacy is completely secure.  Package price  $265 for 4 one hour visits
